Following statements by Donald Trump that he is working with China's President Xi Jinping at the resumption of the US supply of products to ZTE Corp., which was recently involved in a scandal because of their presumed violation of sanctions. Yesterday in Washington both parties condemned Trump's intentions to help the Chinese company ZTE, warning that this could threaten national security. However, Donald Trump's actions are motivated by his trying to bargain for the removal of billions of dollars in tariffs on US agricultural products.
